We work hard to get your order out quickly. Most items ship within 1–3 business days, while personalized or custom pieces may take an additional 3–5 business days to create.

All U.S. orders are shipped through USPS.
International orders are handed off to your local postal service once they arrive in your country.

Customs & Duties
Some countries may charge additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes when your package arrives. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations & Changes
Orders can be modified or canceled if production hasn’t started yet. Once production begins, changes are no longer possible. Please note that custom-made items are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
