⏱ Order processing (pre-shipment): Most items are packed and shipped within 1 – 3 business days after your payment is received. Custom or personalized pieces may take an extra 3 – 5 business days.

All of our items are proudly made in the USA and shipped directly from our Florida warehouse.

🚚 Shipping (post-shipment delivery): Once your package ships, here’s the typical delivery time by region:

• • United States: 3 – 5 business days after shipping
  • Canada: 5 – 10 business days after shipping
  • Europe: 5 – 15 business days after shipping
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5 – 15 business days after shipping
  • Other countries: 5 – 20 business days after shipping
    
    

Total timeframe (U.S. example): So for most U.S. orders you’re looking at approximately 4 – 8 business days from the time you place your order until delivery (1–3 processing + 3–5 delivery).

Customs & duties: For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply. Those are your responsibility and vary by country.

Cancellations & changes: You may modify or cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. After 4 hours, your order automatically enters production, and we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Custom-made items with name, date, or any other personalization are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
