Refund Policy
At Thoughtful Charms™, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. Because our pieces are handcrafted and personalized, our policies are designed to ensure fairness while protecting the care that goes into each order.
Remake Policy
- We offer a 30-day remake policy for items that arrive defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was advertised.
- To request a remake, you’ll need to send us clear photos of the issue along with your order details.
- Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
- Once approved, we will create and ship a replacement order at no extra cost to you.
Returns & Refunds
- Since our charms and jewelry are made uniquely for each customer, we generally do not accept returns for refunds.
- Cancellations may be requested within 18 hours of placing an order. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 8–15 business days (depending on your bank).
- In rare cases where a return is approved, a $20 return label fee and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Delivery Guarantee
- For special occasions (such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day), we may offer a delivery guarantee.
- If an item marked with a delivery guarantee does not arrive by the promised date, you will receive 50% of your purchase refunded for each undelivered item.
- You do not need to return the product in this case — the item is yours to keep.
- This guarantee applies only to products or shipping options specifically marked “Guaranteed Delivery By...” at the time of purchase.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
